Although our hotel was formerly a home, we have made major modifications to the building to make it more safe and commercial. Because we are a licensed hotel, you will find many fire safety equipment built-in to this building. Smoke detectors and fire alarms are built-in to all guest rooms and in all the public areas. Fire extinguishers are accessible in all public areas to maximize fire safety of this building. With the Japanese government’s permission to operate, our hotel is being regulated by the local government just like any commercial hotels; we have all the safety standards of any hotels, but yet you can still feel like you are living at home.
To provide our guests with “home feeling”, we offer different services than conventional hotels; we want to use our business model to provide a unique experience to our guests. Unlike most hotels, we do not enter our guest rooms during their stay in our hotel, therefore we do not provide guest rooms cleaning services in general. All our rooms use keyless locks so there’s no need to worry about carrying room card or key. To provide maximum flexibility and privacy for our guests, we provide smart check-in or check-out services for our guests. Check-in or check-out can be done remotely via phone app or based on guests booking schedules. There are no keys to carry around – Guests can use either their own mobile phone or the keypad on the guest room doors to unlock the doors. Before you arrived to our hotel, we will send you the unlock codes to your guest room; use this code to access your room during your stay in our hotel, it’s that simple.
To avoid unnecessary use of chemicals such as bleach and cleaning agents, we only clean the room thoroughly between check-in and check-out of the guests. Although we don’t provide conventional room cleaning services such as bed making, we do provide our guests with a clean set of beddings once every other day. If guests need to have their bedding changed sooner, they are welcome to contact our staff anytime and we will delivery a clean set of clean beddings at request. By not entering your room, we believe this will minimize disturbance to all our guests, therefore, providing our guests with more privacy.
Pick-up and Drop-off Services
We can pickup or drop-off guests to or from the KIX airport. Guests can request pickup or drop-off at other locations, such as train stations. For service prices, please contact us for inquiry.
