About Your Stay

It is going to be a contactless self check-in. You will receive an email explaining all the details of how to do it.

Unfortunately, the double rooms are only meant to accommodate 2 guests in each room. If there is a third person, you can consider the Deluxe Japanese Room, which accommodates up to 4 adults.

An extra futon is available at a minor additional charge. Please let us know when you make the booking.

The kitchen is available free of charge for a certain number of sessions per day. Advance booking will be required. A full set of cooking equipment and silverwares will be provided in the kitchen. For more detail, click here to send us an inquiry.

The entrance door will be locked from 12am and unlocked at 5am. However, if you wish to go out or come back during such time, there is a key that can be borrowed for a deposit of 2,000yen.

About Driving

You will need a valid international driver’s license*, a valid passport and a valid home driver’s license together.

* Must be issued by a competent government institution that conforms to the format specified by the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic 1949.

A Kei car will be assigned to the each booking automatically. There is an option to upgrade it to the Toyota iQ with additional fee upon availability.

However, accidents happen, even to safe drivers. It is also recommended to buy travel insurance that covers driving aboard from your home country before the trip.

Yes, there is designated parking space for each room right in front of the building.

No, such selection cannot be made. There are only AT (automatic) vehicles available.

Yes, all the cars are non-smoking.

You will need to compensate the damage for no more than 400,000yen.

In case of a car accident, check yourself and passengers for injuries. Get to safety if situation allows. Call 110 and report the incident to the police. Turn on hazard lights and wait for help if needed, then exchange information with the other driver. Finally, report the incident to your property manager.

If you received a fine ticket, such as for parking violation, you must complete the payment of the fine before returning the car. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need assist on completing the payment.

No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees.

Take all your belongings and park the car back to the designated spot in front of the building. Leave the car key in the room as you check out.

About Reservation

All rates on the website are per room per night.

There will be a free-to-use car for each room during your stay. There will be no extra fee required.

Your credit card details will be required for payment. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex. You will also need a valid passport if you are not a resident of Japan, and a valid international driver’s license in order to drive in Japan.

Our payment terminal partner offers a secure payment platform that meets Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards. All information entered will be encrypted and submitted to the servers securely.

If your travel plans change, please contact us by email to cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.

About Our Services

In general, we try to facilitate your needs as much as we could. However, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. We advise you to contact us as early as possible.

Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out.

Simply leave everything you borrowed from the property (e.g. car keys) inside your room and keep the room door closed. Then you are free to go.
