Cancellation Policies

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Please check the cancellation conditions shown for your selected rate plan before completing your reservation.

1. Refundable Plans

Refundable plans are eligible for cancellation according to the conditions shown at the time of booking.

However, 7 days before the check-in date, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Once the reservation enters the 7-day period before check-in, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund, even if the original rate plan was refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Plans

Non-refundable plans are non-refundable from the time of booking.

Cancellations or changes to a non-refundable reservation are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated in the applicable rate plan.

3. Multiple-Night Reservations

For reservations of more than one night booked with a refundable rate plan, each night is evaluated separately when determining the refund amount.

Any night with a check-in date more than 7 days from the date the cancellation is requested is eligible for a full refund. Nights within 7 days of their check-in date are non-refundable.

This calculation is applied to each individual night included in the reservation.

For example, if you cancel a multi-night reservation and some of the nights are more than 7 days away while others are within 7 days, the nights more than 7 days away will be fully refunded, while the nights within 7 days will be non-refundable.

4. Check Your Rate Plan

Because cancellation conditions vary by rate plan, please carefully check the cancellation policy displayed for your selected rate plan before booking.

The cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
