Do not remove hotel property from the premises or use equipment for purposes other than its intended use.

If you accidentally damage anything, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Keep Shared Areas Clean

Please keep shared areas clean and tidy after use.

Do not leave personal belongings, luggage, or rubbish in hallways, entrances, stairs, or other shared areas.

7. Garbage Disposal

Please separate and dispose of garbage according to the instructions provided at the property.

Do not leave rubbish outside the designated areas or in places where it may cause inconvenience to others.

8. Respect Our Neighbours

Our properties are located in residential areas. Please be considerate of local residents, particularly when entering or leaving the property.

Please do not shout, make excessive noise, litter, or engage in behaviour that may disturb the neighbourhood.

9. Safety Equipment

Do not move, disable, cover, or tamper with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, or other safety facilities.

Please follow the safety instructions provided at the property.

10. Illegal Activities

Illegal activities and any activities that may endanger other guests, staff, neighbours, or the property are strictly prohibited.

11. Unauthorized Commercial Use

The property may not be used for unauthorized commercial activities, events, filming, or other business purposes without prior approval.

12. Rule Violations

If a guest violates these rules or causes serious disturbance, damage, or safety concerns, we may request that the activity stop immediately.

Depending on the situation, guests may be responsible for any resulting costs or damages. In serious cases, we may require the guest to leave the property.
